Terms and Conditions:

  1. Customers must use the specified discount code to purchase the FRAME CASE in order to be eligible for a free FRAME CASE exchange.
  2. Each discount code can only be used to redeem one free FRAME CASE.
  3. The discount code is valid until August 31st, 2023.
  4. All free exchanged FRAME CASEs are not available for self-pickup.
  5. All custom content cannot be cancelled or modified in any form once the order has been placed.
  6. The shipping address and contact information cannot be changed after the order has been placed.
  7. The product model/style cannot be changed after the order has been placed.
  8. All product images and preview images are for reference only.
  9. The product will be shipped within ten business days after the order is placed.
  10. No replacement discount codes will be issued.
  11. For Hong Kong orders only, no overseas shipping available.
  12. All custom images must be at least 1000 X 2000 px and 150 dpi to maintain normal printing quality. We are not responsible for print quality issues caused by customer-uploaded images that do not meet these specifications.

Disclaimer of Service:

  1. All orders are shipped by third-party logistics companies. If customers choose to pick up their orders at self-pickup points/smart lockers, and fail to pick up all the goods after the designated pickup date specified by the third-party logistics company, we will not follow up on any logistics supplementation procedures. Customers need to contact the logistics company to follow up on their own.
  2. All prints are based on our company's color management standards. Please do not use the screen preview image as a reference. If there are any color differences, our company's print color shall be the standard. We are not responsible for any color disputes.
  3. If the uploaded file by the customer deviates from their production requirements, resulting in discrepancies between the final product and the customer's requirements, we are not responsible.
  4. If there are QR codes or barcode symbols on the design, we cannot guarantee that the data inside the barcode can be read correctly.
  5. All prints have some degree of color difference, and within reasonable color differences, customers should not request any reprinting, discounts, or refunds for this reason. Our company will not accept any such requests. We also have color management to maintain color differences within reasonable levels.
  6. By using our service, customers guarantee that the prints do not contain any unauthorized text, images, designs, trademarks, currency and banknotes, or any copyrighted works; customers guarantee that the prints will not infringe any third-party rights, including copyrights, trademarks, publicity, privacy, do not defame or slander any third party, and have obtained all necessary authorization or permissions to include third-party materials in their work; customers guarantee that the prints will not disseminate any illegal, harassing, defamatory, insulting, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene, or other offensive materials or otherwise violate any laws; customers guarantee that they have obtained all necessary permissions, rights, and authorizations to place an order and authorize our company to print their work; if necessary, our company will request customers to provide relevant authorization documents for verification, and we have the right to refuse to print or cancel orders and reserve the right to pursue legal action. Customers will be responsible for any losses and expenses incurred by us due to the customer's violation of these regulations.
  7. If the content of the print provided by the customer involves or may involve defamation, invasion of privacy, impersonation, plagiarism, copying, obscenity, infringement of intellectual property rights, or any other illegal acts, or contains any other reasons that our company believes are inappropriate, our company has the right to refuse to print or cancel the order and reserve the right to pursue legal action.

Return and Refund Policy:

  1. Unless there is an error in the product style or customized text content caused by our company, custom-made products do not accept any form of return or exchange.
  2. If there are any problems with the product itself, customers must email info@papery.art with product photos on the day of receipt to submit an application. The product photos must clearly show the condition of the product. We will decide whether to accept the return based on the actual situation and may require customers to provide more detailed relevant documents.
  3. If we accept the return request, customers must return the product to the designated address of our company, and the product must be in the same condition as when it was received, unused or undamaged. Customers must bear the cost of return shipping.
  4. The return will be processed within seven to ten business days after receiving the returned product.
