Major Responsibilities:

E-commerce Operations:

Manage basic e-commerce operations, including product listing, writing product descriptions, and backend management

Online and Offline Marketing Content Management:

Plan and execute content for online and offline marketing activities
Create engaging marketing content, including copywriting, providing visual and video creative directions, as well as EDM (Electronic Direct Mail).

Marketing Reporting:

Analyze and evaluate marketing reports by utilizing various tools including Google Analytics, Meta, and YouTube.
Provide recommendations for improvements to optimize marketing strategies and outcomes

Marketing Strategy and Planning:

Contribute to the development of marketing strategies and plans to promote products and increase sales
Monitor market trends and competitors, and propose relevant strategy adjustments

KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) Engagement and Management:

Establish and maintain good relationships with KOLs
Manage collaborations and activities with KOLs to achieve desired promotional results

Social Media Management:

Manage company's social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, and Youtube
Create and publish engaging social media content to increase fan interaction and brand exposure

Job Requirements:

Degree holder in Marketing or related disciplines
Experience in e-commerce operations, including product listing and backend management; familiarity with Shopify is preferred
Manage both online and offline marketing content with the ability to create engaging marketing materials.
Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Meta, and YouTube for marketing reporting and analysis
Strong capability in developing and executing marketing strategies, with the ability to adapt to market trends
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and manage KOLs
Familiarity with various social media platforms and the ability to create compelling social media content
Creative thinking to provide novel and unique marketing strategies and ideas
Positive, self-motivated, well organized, able to work independently while being a keen team member
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to effectively manage multiple tasks and projects
Proficient in written and verbal Chinese and English communication, with the ability to produce fluent content and collaborate with team members
